lost IP packets

Is it possible to add a counter of lost IP packets?

This will add an assessment of the quality of the Internet channel...

  • it would be nice to use a test (duration 1 min) via UDP protocol for completeness of the test :)

It is not possible because the browser APIs do not allow you to set UDP connections. At the same time, the principle TCP packages is that they guarantee delivery.

There is an option with WebRTC, but this is a very costly way, requires lots of resources (really).
