Include the latest server list in the app

...so tests can be done even if librespeed.org is unreachable

+1 as app now has 3 non functioning Italy servers listed alongside the working Helsink one, and it always wants to choose those first.

The pull request to update the app on F-Droid has been open for almost 3 months now, they haven't merged it yet.

In the mean time, you can download the APK, that one is updated.
