When cicking on ". . . " to see more settings, this field should go away when mouse moves away

When cicking on ". . . " to see more settings, this field should go away when mouse moves away. At the moment one has to click on specific other places to get that disturbing field away.

I would suggest that after 2-3 seconds of inactivity, that little menue should close by its own.
