Standard Categories should appear translated in English when user langzage is English

When user has language set to English, standard calendar categories should also appear in English. (At the moment they still appear in German, i.e.: Anruf, Arbeit, Fragen and so on).

I noticed also one other translation error: " Bi weekly mesting " in an event should be "Bi weekly meeting" or better Bi weekly event.

Also: Repetitive event in English should not be "All 2 weeks on xx" but "Every 2 weeks on xx"
