Have some set standard mail notifications selected after installing Calendar+
At present after installing Calendar+ many boxes are not ticked for notifications in activity emails.
It remains to be discussed which ones exactly, however in my opinion I believe at least the following should be set as standard MAIL notifications:

A event or todo has been created on a shared Calendar A event, todo or calendar has been shared
Also, unrelated to this issue: The correct english spelling for the sentence would be "An event ..." not "A event"
