When hovering with mouse over empty slot in calendar, show tooltip “Click and pull to create new event”

It would be a handy GUI improvement for Calendar+ which would make it more intuitively for users to create an event, if a “bubble info / tooltip” would appear when the mouse rests over an empty field in the calendar.

The tooltip could say for example “Click (and pull) to create new event”
