GridView的问题和Padding的问题

我在里面放置一个GridView的时候，上拉刷新完成，footer还能看见；另外给里面子布局设置padding的时候，只有paddingTop有效

overlap（重叠）模式，是将header/footer重叠在内容视图下面利用遮挡实现的，这种模式需要你给内容视图设置一个不透明的背景色；至于padding的问题已经收集到了，会在后面版本陆续修复
