Compiling on Windows

Cannot seem to compile chatglm for Windows, any ideas? $ cmake --build build -j MSBuild version 17.6.3+07e294721 for .NET Framework MSBUILD : error MSB1009: Project file does not exist. Switch: ALL_BUILD.vcxproj

cmake . does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file. CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:18 (add_subdirectory)
