react & react-native version update

Unable to install because of version bug so updated:

  • react: "^16.0.0-beta.5" ---> "^17.0.0"
  • react-native: "^0.49.1" ---> "^0.64.0"

@itispx can you do another version bump to the newest of React and native? I'll merge these changes afterwards, and work on typescriptifying
