NHSTA test cases don't pass successfully

When I try to run test cases in examples/NHTSA-sample-tests/Encroaching-Oncoming-Vehicles/ directory I get error messages in this format: EOV_S_XX_YY - FAILED: TestException('POV1 speed exceeded limit, 29.3319702148438 > 12.889 m/s',)
