[#91] Update rebar.config.*.tpl files deps to work for 0.4.10

I ran into this issue #91 while creating a new lfe-app I am not :100: sure how to test this locally, I do not see a contributing doc anywhere.

@oubiwann I would like to know how to test this to ensure this is the fix for this issue and that I am not unknowingly breaking the behaviour of something else.

Hey, I've updated the templates to use fuzzy versioning in deps, so this should be taken care of now (in the latest release of rebar3_lfe).
