Status Update?

I was wondering what the status was on Eff since the delimited continuation primops have been merged.

I am also interested in this. I use fused-effects as my primary effect library, but the syntax for this library is incredibly nice. I wonder if we could get together and come up with a plan to move development forward. I'll start reading some of the implementation code!
