WSL browser / gcloud auth login

update instructions to support new gcloud CLI auth flow on WSL

After some testing on WSL:

  • gcloud auth login works fine with Windows 11, the window will open with the default browser chosen on Windows
  • gcloud auth login --no-launch-browser works fine with Windows 10, and the depreciation warning has disappeared

Tested with Google Cloud SDK 395.0.0

If we can avoid the install of gcloud on Windows it would be nice.

Will update the PR on October 3rd when back from holidays

@gmanchon Tested on Win11 & Win10 gcloud auth login --no-launch-browser works like a charm on both
