Code is not grabbing correct extensions

It seems that the code for grabbing specific set of extensions per button case longer works as it stands. That or I am completely losing it. I am getting the default video extensions for every search in any category. Any ideas? I believe it is also doing it on your site with same code as well. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks, nonetheless!
