DICSS is staying up own its own for hours on end

Hi, I've experienced another issue while using DICSS in my life. It turns out that I can't actually tell my DICSS when the server is on downtime. It continues to stay up on its own for hours on end even though I want it to go down (maintenance, etc.) Anybody else experiencing this issue?

How long have you waited? If DICSS are still up after, say, four hours then yes, I'd seek help in the support group. I know it can be a bit fussy to have DICSS... Personally, I've found DICSS easier to use if the load is distributed amongst many clients but, to keep DICSS secure, I'd defintitely make sure that the clients don't know about each other. Once my DICSS load has been adequently distributed, it tends to go down on it's own.

I've had problems with DICSS waking from sleep into an active state rather than idle. Have you been monitoring continuously?

I suggest you refresh your DICSS and see if it goes down. I get this strange issues as well. They're mostly tied to fixed timings, I get majority of my problems during morning time when DICSS just goes active on pages on its own. It's starting to worry me, since it's hampering my funnel performance. I run my DICSS in a family oriented website, so it's kind of awkward for DICSS to be up and running in the open. Please advise.
