Update German certificates.md
Update certificates.md according to changes in english file.
didn't find out how i can add new linies in Crowdin, so i made that PR
@hebbet Unfortunately, our localisation workflow requires changes to be made to the translated files in Crowdin first, otherwise your changes risk being overwritten during future updates.
The link to the German certificates.md is here, it is up to date with English. Please make changes there. If you have any question regarding any specific string, please let me know. There is definitely a way to add new lines there.
