Boofcv vs ML-kit

Hi, thanks for the decent Aztec detector, this project

might be interesting.

Results will vary with device, but for my pixel phone it seems that ml-kit is better unless there is light glare/reflection in the image, then boofcv is best. In other words this library and ml-kit are somewhat complementary.

Also there there is a surprising number of camera settings, some crucial if interested in low latency detection.

If interesting, our primary use-case is ticket inspection/validation, typically within a train or bus (i.e. with roof lights) environment.
