Controls Gallery instead of Wpf.Ui.Demo

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Make it easy to discover and manage controls in WPF and WPF UI

Describe the solution you'd like Separate application instead of Demo. Ideally, it should be published on the Microsoft Store for easy testing

Separate application instead of Demo.

Is that a good idea?

We already have two different places to learn about the library: the docs site and the demo app. Neither is comprehensive. This would introduce a third place which presumably would show its own subset.

I presume the demo app would be simplified afterwards?
