requestWithToken.flatMap(...).concatMap is not a function

It seems that this module is not useable with newer versions of angular. I always get the following exception: requestWithToken.flatMap(...).concatMap is not a function.

Will there be a fix at some point or do we have to remove it?

@leonardobazico I'm facing the same issue as @MeGaBlitz when using this with Angular 4. Is there any solution you see for this??
