Added Mac OS X build to Lib folder CMakeList.txt files. Added a CPU_MATLAB simulation engine for those that don't have IPP/FW installed and want to test-drive MRiLab.

Title says most all of what's there. Hope this helps you with MRiLab. I am hoping to get access to the magnet, coil and sequence interfaces but I haven't managed that quite yet. Perhaps I have to install the ISMRSD? library.
