现象

首次安装启动失败 image

  • 报错
Code Integrity determined that a process (\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\109.0.1518.78\msedgewebview2.exe) attempted to load \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\WINNCAP364.DLL that did not meet the Microsoft signing level requirements.
