[Feature] Why not downgrade glibc version?

Feature description

As I know there are still a lot of people using Ubuntu 20.04 as working environment, the version of glibc on it is 2.31 while the 0.12 AppImage release seems to require at least 2.32. It would be better to have it work on Ubuntu 20.04 out of box. So far we have to use the 0.10 release if we don't want to build the source or have some limitations that fails the build.

Motivation

Convenient for users that are using a bit of dated system.
