[Doc]Improve FAQs

Provide a description of requested docs changes

there have been some similar&general issues,especially some issues related to openai.If we have a file that contains answers to those questions, it would be helpful to improve issues. BTW,if you think there are too many doc file in the root directory,just consider to move them to a subdirectory,for example,docs/*.

I just noticed that the README has FAQs,but it's just a little ahead of the end of file.It makes them hard to be noticed and look up.😰
