[Bug] app not starting at all

Bug description

the app wont start when trying to run it. The loading cursor is visible for a split second, and nothing happens after. Tried reinstalling but did not fix the problem. It just randomly stopped working too, this started on my laptop a few days ago too (now on PC) both are on the same OS.

The issue appeared after reinstalling Windows. I enabled developer mode in Windows, and it fixed the issue for me.

I was very happy to see this message, because I had the same problem with ChatGPT not working after reinstalling windows. I immediately opened developer mode. it didn't work. restarted. uninstalled chatgpt and reinstalled it. but unfortunately it didn't work. if anyone has any other suggestions? because I was very happy that I found the windows version of chatGPT. It was working great:(

the more I click on the program icon the more times it opens in task manager but when I click on the icon it opens and disappears instantly.

I solved the problem. How? I installed a modified win 11 version. now formatted and reinstalled another one and bingo! it works now. check you window version if it's modified.
