Asked for a username, though my Orgnaization has access

I am asked for my username, when I would like to download from ieeexplore.org, though my Organization has unlimited access. In fact, I do not even have a username, in my Browser, it works fine.

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue. I believe it is due to the fact that the web page directing to the pdf file is actually a frame based web page with the top frame containing a message like "Brought to you by ", and the bottom frame containing the actual pdf. As far as I see from the LocalCopy source code, such a case is not handled currently and leads to asking for username and password. I am not much experienced in java programming, so I don't know how to correct this easily, but I hope my comments could be helpful in fixing the issue?
