Create GitHubRepo related notebooks and store the notebooks inside a github repo

Notebooks are stored outside but can be exported as json/md. During the dataexport the plugin is always trying to create a new notebook and is not able to extualize the existing one inside the github repo. Is there a way to tell the plugin to overwrite it? This enables me to create a notebook per github repo.

I'm currently using: Notebook version 1.38
