I just downloaded "sd-master-73c2176-bin-win-cuda12-x64" with the needed dlls.

Performance is slow no matter what I try. Task manager shows no GPU usage.

I ran: sd -m converted.gguf -t 1 -p "photo of a cat" -v log.txt
