500 Can't connect to www.nanoo.tv:443 (certificate verify failed)

When trying to embed videos from www.nanoo.tv using a link like https://noembed.com/embed?nowrap=on&url=https://www.nanoo.tv/link/v/XFwZcMjp we get an error message

www.nanoo.tv uses a SSL certificate issued by LetsEncrypt that is accepted by all major browsers and is valid until 2023-04-30. The server test of www.ssllabs.com gives the site an A+ with a 100% score for the certificate.

Is it possible that the server running www.noembed.com does not trust the "new" root certificate used by Let's encrypt since fall 2020? https://letsencrypt.org/2020/09/17/new-root-and-intermediates.html
