"No programs match the search criteria" is never displayed

I have discovered new bug / unfinished thing. ViStart have this string in Lnaugge file for a long time, but seems like is never used. There is a second bug or right picture you can see there is still selected first node. For example when I press Enter it always open invisible first option in programs in my case Adobe reader.
