responsive-visualizations not displaying correctly

All examples of the responsive visualizations do not display anything in Chrome. In Firefox, graph elements display, but do not scale as shown in the tutorial. http://blog.safaribooksonline.com/2014/02/17/building-responsible-visualizations-d3-js/

The custom elements folder with the sparkline works fine in both chrome and firefox.

Thanks Brian. I've fixed the Firefox issue (would be great if you could confirm http://bl.ocks.org/lebek/raw/8933600/).

I can't reproduce the Chrome issue, which version are you using?
