Coach Reports: Incorrect group vs facility data reporting

Tested on latest coachReportsD3 (my branch), which is in a PR.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a group with some data. A single group in the default facility works best since it's easier to differentiate data.
2. Hit the Teach tab.
3. Observe default displayed data.
4. Now switch to the group within that same facility, or even just hit the refresh button next to the date picker.
5. Observe that the data (which should literally be the same) is either different, or the "no recent learner data for this group is available" message is given.
