Cannot run on Win7

Hi, Im sorry to say that: I run your code on Win 7. It runs but could NOT detect any hands. I have been trying to debug your code. The "frame" object couldn't detect any hand from LeapMotion controller. Plz help me to fix it! Thanks,

First thought is that you might not be on our latest tracking. What version are you running? You can update by going to http://developer.leapmotion.com

Then you should make sure that the tracking is working by opening the diagnostic visualizer. If you're on the latest version and you see hands in the visualizer and the code still doesn't work, post back and we can work through it some more.
