[Windows]: Resize event not fired when window snapping

When either using winkey+arrow, the new Windows 11 snapping options, or the "simulated snapping" with a double click on the title bar, the resize event isn't being triggered

seeing this too. The reproducible code is trivial. add a window manager with an onWindowResize override and then use the windows 11 snap layouts feature either with win+z or hovering over the expand icon. When you choose a window size no resize event fires. Is there support for this windows 11 feature?
