[Windows] MouseDown events triggered wrongly

First of, nice plugin!

I observe the following issue on Windows (I did not test on other platforms):

onTrayIcon(Right)MouseDown is called twice when mouse is released. onTrayIcon(Right)MouseUp is never called.

I experience the same issue with onTrayIconRightMouseUp.
