Feature request: Disqus comments / voting for jams

Would be great if people can discuss jams, get a better idea of what jams are like, are they good, popular, well-run and so on.

I added it to the standalone pages, I'll need to add a better way to integrate it with the main page though.

How do you go from the main page to the standalone page?

Maybe add a link at the end saying "X comments"
