Nested blueprints - modify scanning to remove black magic during/post placement

Current Behavior

Barracks - towers issue: requires black magic around rot/mir

Enhancement or Change description

During scan we also save relative rot/mir into child anchor, so on placement we do anchor.rotmir().add(child.relativeRotmir())
