Support 3D Printing and other CAD files

This ticket is being assigned to a colleague of @jamesbiller's.

  1. Relax any filters blocking CAD content to permit it to be uploaded. @daovist could probably point to the location of this function.
  2. Modify the show route to support rendering and embedding this content, most likely via ThreeJS. The original commit for the desktop browser is here, as well as several subsequent bug fixes in @btzr-io commit history

Who is the colleague in the original description? Is it Baltazar? If someone is able to finish it, I'm fine with it being finished. If not, I'm fine with it being put to bed.
