LN_GRADSMOOTH only works for single TR images

In version v1.5 the program LN_GRAD_SMOOTH does only work for single TR images.

Example to reproduce this bug is: LN_GRADSMOOTH -input lo_BOLD_intemp.nii -gradfile lo_gradT1.nii -FWHM 1 -within -selectivity 0.1 On the data here:

  • The program runs fine. The output it not right, though.
  • The first TR is smoothed correct, I think. The later TRs are weird.

This bug refers to personal correspondence from March 20.

Because of this bug, the program has been reverted to the version from v1.0 and is currently not in effect for v1.5.6 and later.
