Behavior of cleanfiles and sourcefiles = {"."}

Hi, I have a question about the behavior of cleanfiles and sourcefiles = {"*.*"}. I understand that in the last version changes were made to cleanfiles to ignore sourcefiles, but, this makes cleanfiles not work in some cases. I've attached an example: Simple-Tree.zip
