Transmission default password

This is an alternative, reusable configuration solution to https://github.com/lardbit/nefarious/pull/163.

This sets a default password for Transmission (regular and VPN versions) by defining TRANSMISSION_USER and TRANSMISSION_PASS in the .env environment file.

This has been tested with and without VPN integration.
