I added a time stamp to the filenames. Would you be able to add the ability to restore by passing the filenames?

No location `/storage/emulated/0`

I'm not sure what prior setup might have been done, there's nothing mentioned, but nothing I've seen gives you the system storage at `/storage/emulated/0`. Termux can mount the `/storage/emulated/0` location...
