Add GNOME Vala Language Server (GVls)

GVls is a LSP implemention for a Client and Server, written in Vala, it used by GNOME Builder for its Vala support.

GVls supports:

  • Code completion
  • Hover
  • Jump to def
  • Workspace symbols
  • Diagnostics
