There is a known issue in Dify v1.0.0 related to encountering an "Internal Server Error" when saving WebApp settings, especially in self-hosted Docker installations. This error is associated with a SQLAlchemy session management issue, specifically a DetachedInstanceError. Despite the error message, the changes are still successfully applied. This issue has been addressed in a later update through PR #14700. To resolve this, you should update your Dify installation to the version containing this fix ^[1][2].
