conversation detail api is not allowed in cloud version

I want to get the conversation name and summary by conversation detail api. And I found there is a conversation detail api ConversationDetailApi in server_api, but it is not available in cloud version, only delete request is allowed. Why the get request method of ConversationDetailApi is not available?
