Bump golang image to 1.6

Hello. First of all, thank you for creating this amazing docker image. I'm using this image in my project. I created this PR because I noticed one improvement.

Summary

The latest stable version of golang today is 1.6. However, the supported version for this repository is 1.5. I want to use 1.6, so I upgraded it.

Can you check the contents of my commit?

the Dockerfile tag is from 1.15 to 1.16, not 1.16.
