Unused elements logic for "checkbox hack"

I'm not sure if that is possible to solve, but I ran RWDPerf again perf-tooling today. The side uses the checkbox-hack for some nice UI elements to avoid usage of JS.

Means there are several elements marked as unused, that are actually used via dependent labels.
