Please update the code to allow blocks 909 and above;

File: blk00909.dat. Transferring data: 87% ERROR: The blockchain contains blocks with an unknown version. Unknown block version: 536870930 (20000012).

This needs an update to the library BitcoinBlockchain. There is already a pull request on it. See https://github.com/ladimolnar/BitcoinBlockchain/pull/2/files.

Will those SegWit modifications be merged and an new version released? I suppose one could try a build with the modifications themselves, right?
