Integration Tests for Functions via Kyma CLI

Description Add tests that extend the coverage for basic function commands of Kyma CLI

AC

  • [ ] Test outcome of the kyma apply function (manifest result) with different variants (git, inline, apirule, subscription, envs)
  • [ ] Test outcome of the kyma sync function (config result from yaml manifests)
  • [ ] Test local run command (STRETCH)

Reason We have limited kyma CLI tests that only test if the commands succeeded but so far we havent been testing the actual outcomes. We will need those tests to release serverless stable v1 api version with confidence.
