Muliple podcast downloading

What should this look like? I was thinking something like sync --download-new or some such. Say there were a feed that I just wanted everything, and when it syncs, I want all the new ones.

How many of the new ones would be downloaded? Should that be a parameter?

Lets say the RSS feed has 200 episodes, I run sync --download-new for the very first time (just added the feed). What would the expected course of action be?

I like the idea, but I'm not sure what the answers should be on the questions above.

Note btw that multiple episodes can already be downloaded using ranges (per https://github.com/kvannotten/pcd/pull/21)
