Could not find version

When trying to install via PIP I get this error on Ubuntu 16.04

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement openhwmonitor (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for openhwmonitor

Am I doing something wrong?

I have Pythin 2.7 and 3.6 installed with all setuptools installed
